At Apple Ford, our Service Department is prepared to meet all of your service needs. We service all makes and models! We handle warranty work, factory recalls, all types of repairs, and preventative maintenance work. We also offer a Quick Lube Express Center to get you in and out in record time. Our ASE certified Ford Technicians follow the Ford Quality Care Maintenance Program to ensure the ultimate performance and preservation of your vehicle. We also use Ford’s "Around the Wheel" program to monitor brake and tire wear and signal when these wear items need replacement.

When you come to Apple Ford, feel confident that you are being served by Service Advisors and technicians with more than 100 years of combined experience. We strive to provide the highest quality work in the most efficient manner possible.

The Apple Ford Service Department is well staffed, so you don’t have to wait. We have many Pennsylvania Inspection licensed technicians, as well. All of our technicians receive ongoing training and education via the FORDSTAR satellite network system and corporate training programs.

To check on the status of your repair, contact the Service Receptionist at (717) 244-7677. You can also schedule a service appointment online. We offer the convenience of late drop-off service for after business hours. You can take advantage of our free Service Shuttle System to transport you to work, home, or a local destination when servicing your vehicle at Apple Ford. Shuttle hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Of course, if you prefer waiting for your vehicle, we have several comfortable waiting areas, equipped with hot coffee, tea, magazines, and vending machines!
